Get access to a 16 week training block that you can commence immediately.

All training blocks have a focus on progressive overload and incorporate mobility, rehab and conditioning.

Note - training blocks are updated every 16 weeks, so if you join mid way through a block you will roll onto the new block with everyone else when the update occurs.

  • Each month, we’ll dive deep into one theme or topic that aligns with the program, followed by a mini training or lesson. You’ll also have the chance to ask questions during our open Q&A. Plus, you'll receive personalized coaching on anything you need support with, and you’ll get to learn by watching other women being coached in the group. It’s a super supportive and insightful space

  • The training block is available for you to start right away. If you join in the middle of a cycle, you'll be seamlessly integrated into the next updated block with the rest of the community.

  • While participation is not required, it’s highly encouraged! The community aspect is powerful, and many members find that being active in the group boosts their motivation and accountability. Plus, sharing experiences with others can make the process much more rewarding.
