I used to be someone who couldn’t post on social media without hiding behind a heavily edited filter. I was my own worst critic, constantly bullying myself, and feeling lost in a deep depression. On top of that, I was battling daily anxiety, weekly migraines, and debilitating body pains, which I blamed on my job. But what I came to realize was that I was treating my body terribly, both mentally and physically. My body was sending me clear signs of neglect and self-harm. The turning point came when I decided to focus on improving my mental health. That shift changed everything.

As I started to prioritize myself, I noticed profound changes: my migraines eased, my energy improved, my sleep got better, but the most powerful shift was rediscovering my love for life.

As my mind healed, my body followed.

I became the strongest and fittest I’ve ever been, and my physical health became a natural byproduct of my inner healing. This journey started for me because I was in pain, physically and mentally, every single day. It wasn’t about how I looked; it was about finding my happiness again. And I did.

ABOUT ME

Over the last 5 years I’ve gone through a huge personal transformation, and the biggest realisation I’ve had is this: movement is medicine for both the body and mind.

My own struggles with food (BED), body image, mental health, and burnout are what fuelled my passion to create a coaching space that doesn’t just focus on aesthetics, but on healing, growth, and empowerment.

My ultimate goal is simple to help women get their spark back, heal through movement, and feel supported in a safe, judgment-free environment that pushes them forward not repeating the same actions/thoughts over and over.

I’ve walked this path myself, and I know what it feels like to come out the other side, Now it’s my turn to help you do the same.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Masters in Female Fitness Programming with hundreds of transformations across both mind and body. I also hold certifications as a Pre and Postnatal Coach and in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), which allows me to guide women not just through physical change, but through deep and lasting mindset shifts.

My coaching combines evidence based training and nutrition with mindset tools that build strength, resilience, and confidence at every stage of life

why ‘555’

555 ~ A Symbol of Change

During some of my most pivotal life changing moments, the number 555 seemed to appear everywhere.

I’d see it on cars, signs, the radio, and even on my phone. It was a constant reminder that I was on the right path toward the change I desperately sought.

Even when things felt tough, when I was tired, or when I didn’t feel like pushing forward, 555 was there to reassure me to keep going, you’re headed in the right direction.

Many of my clients share similar experiences. They often notice 555 before signing with me, and many more times throughout their journey.

It becomes a comforting, little reminder that they are on the right track, even when challenges arises
